Rain animation experiment

I made this animation using Illustrator and After Effects. I drew it all on illustrator then animated the rain drops on After Effects. It’s called “how god watches the rain fall”.

I made this animation on cinema 4D. I wanted to make a realistic water animation in practice to see if my idea for the water scenes in my sustainability (main project) animation would work.

I also wanted to experiment with an unusual point of view as I want to make my sustainability animation from points of views of different animals and humans. I chose to make this animation from the point of view of a watering can head, so you see all the water droplets falling down in front of you.

The making of this animation went well giving me the confidence in my skillset that I am able to create realistic style water scenes in cinema 4D. Also that the point of view style looks interesting and can be played with within animations.

Rocket Rampage design development

**CHOSEN LOGO**

This is the final design of the Game logo, We decided on the name Rocket Rampage as its a simple catchy name that describes what the game is. I used a fun bold font for the title that has a slight sci-fi / space look to it and is also very easy to read.

The material I used on the text is a rusty metal material, I chose this because it has a fighter game style look with the rusty metal and hints to the material of a rocket.

I added the ring round the text to make the title look more exciting, the ring also adds the feel of that its a space game as the ring looks like a Saturn ring. Also by animating the ring to either wobble or rotate round the text it adds the fun element of movement which makes the title more eye catching and fun. so from the audiences stand point if the title is fun then the game must be fun too.
